I help you recover from training, competition and stress. I work closely with other IST members to rehabilitate athletes from injury and reintroduce them into competitive play. A key component of our recovery strategy in the CFL was the integration of manual therapy into our S&C program. Our efforts resulted in leading the league in fewest man-games lost due to injury. I now utilize the same approach with all of my athletes to help them play their best.

​In my treatments, I use a blend of modalities including massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, shiatsu, Soft Tissue Release, and IASTM.  As a life-long learner, I am continuously adding evidence-based modalities to my clinical practice.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a unique system of table-based assisted stretching and soft tissue work that focuses on the body’s fascial networks – layered connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones and joints. When these fascial networks are restricted, it can cause increased muscle tone, tightness, and pain. FST utilizes gentle traction, oscillation and circumduction of the joints in combination with passive stretching and targeted breathing to allow for enhanced range of motion and regulation of the body’s nervous system.

FST is an excellent treatment choice for anyone who wants to reduce pain, improve flexibility, recover from training, prevent injury, or simply relax and escape from life’s many stressors. Clients remain fully clothed during FST sessions while joints are progressively taken through a series of targeted stretches. Swedish massage techniques may also be used in conjunction with FST to enhance tissue quality, blood circulation and overall relaxation.

Online Mobility Programs

Online coaching services offer quality programming with convenience and affordability. Effective programs are customized based on several variables including age, sex, training experience, sport, position, competition schedule, goals, medical history, and the available training environment.

Choose between three different levels (Basic, Premium, and Elite) of month-to-month programming. My video exercise library and video analysis help to refine and correct technique remotely. Programming can also be periodized to fit best with training/competition schedules, allowing him/her to stay fresh for their sport, and peak at the most important times of the season.
